How Do You Make Progress When Your Momentum Is Zapped?

Quarter one can be one of the more difficult times of the year for an entrepreneur. October and early November are usually full of developments and progress then the Holidays start and they just don’t seem to let up until we’ve had all the sweets and time away from work a person can handle.. Sound familiar?

How then, do we reinvigorate our work lives after the Holidays? Here’s a thought:

Identify what lead to your momentum from last year, practice those habits and be of service to your client base who is likely in the same boat.

Identify the practices that gained the momentum in the first place. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel here! Think about the 3 biggest wins your company had last year and reverse engineer how you got there. These practices likely fall into the gifts you already have and can be fun to live into

Once you’ve identified 3 common traits to your prior successes, PRACTICE! It’s not a matter of catching lightning in a bottle but rather the idea that history always repeats itself. Over the years these practices will become your greatest asset to creating revenue.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed by losing momentum but keep in mind we’re not the only ones facing this problem and that is likely good for your business! The idea that everyone else has it figured out has to be smashed. This common frustration that we all face is likely going to be a wonderful touchpoint that will allow you to solve more problems for your target audience.

In conclusion, we’re going to be alright. Taking a moment to identify key practices for the coming year and strategize on where to start will likely even be a breath of fresh air.

If this still feels overwhelming PeakOne is always here to help. It’s literally my job!
